Jennifer Bayuk, Chief Information Security Officer, Bear Stearns & Co. Jennifer Bayuk is responsible for information security policy, architecture, and engineering at Bear, Stearns, & Co., Inc, where she designs, develops, and plans the deployment of the company's systems security infrastructure. Other responsibilities include drafting security policies; designing and implementing user administration processes; establishing enterprise-wide security monitoring and compliance processes; consulting on security technology companies for investment analysts; and establishing a test lab for new security products. She has been a manager of information systems audit, a Big 5 audit manager, and a software engineer. Ms. Bayuk has published material on information security topics ranging from infrastructure monitoring to client/server application controls. She has lectured for organizations that include ISACA, NISSC, and CSI. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and has Masters degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy. Contact Us Home
