Joe Bernik, Head Technology Risk Management, ABN AMRO
As Head of the America's Technology Risk Management group, Mr. Bernik is charged with the deployment of a security model that strives to identify and remediate the technology risk faced by ABN AMRO, throughout 11 countries in North and South America. Prior to ABN AMRO, Mr. Bernik was an Information Risk Manager with Deutsche Bank AG Americas -- directing Deutsche Bank Global Markets businesses with regard to security over their applications and environment. Mr. Bernik was previously a manager with KPMG in the area of Technology Risk Management, and was formerly a civilian security specialist for the US ARMY. Mr. Bernik's certifications imclude the CISA, CISSP, and CISM. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Mary Washington.
