Margaret
Borock has over 20 years experience in the IT industry with a focus
on security, disaster recovery, and IT compliance. At MetLife Ms.
Borock’s major responsibilities include managing and oversight
of IT policies and standards and policy & ethics board, IT risk
management assessment programs, Sarbanes-Oxley for IT general systems
controls, information security awareness programs, and providing
regulatory and audit support, as well as benchmarking support and
metrics reporting. Additional responsibilities include supporting
the ethics compliance, corporate risk, HIPAA, privacy and Sarbanes-Oxley
project offices as well as access control oversight of externally
hosted Internet domains. As Internet Services Manager she was responsible
for security and reporting & metrics in the internally and externally
hosted Internet domains. Prior to these positions Ms. Borock was
Client Relationship Manager at MetLife.
Prior to MetLife she was a Senior Consultant and VP Service Desk
at Infocrossing/ETG Consulting Company; a VP at Bankers Trust; and
an applications project leader at TIAA-CREF. She received her B.S.
from City College and her MBA in Information Systems from New York
University.
