Rick
Braddy is responsible for Citrix's Identity & Access Management,
Product Services and Architecture areas. He leads Citrix’s
Identity and Access Management business, including product marketing
and management of the Password Manager product. Citrix’s Product
Services group includes market research, competitive intelligence,
technical marketing, architecture, usability, security, patents,
globalization and technical publications. Mr. Braddy’s responsibilities
have included Citrix's overall product and technology strategy,
including worldwide product marketing and product management.
Mr. Braddy
has over 25 years of high technology experience. Prior to Citrix,
he held key positions at BMC Software over an 8-year period, including
group architect for eBusiness Solutions where he defined, built,
and supported leading-edge service-level management solutions for
managing Internet, application server, middleware, CRM and ERP systems,
and developing database administration tools for Oracle and SQL-Server.
Mr. Braddy is an inventor and hold patents on web load-balancing
and fault-tolerant systems.
Prior
to BMC, Mr. Braddy was an independent consultant specializing in
real-time process control software. In 1986, as founder and President/CEO
of Pioneering Controls Technologies, Mr. Braddy brought the first
Unix-based process control software to market in the oil and gas,
food processing, and manufacturing industries. As a consultant,
software developer and entrepreneur, Mr. Braddy was involved in
a wide range of software projects throughout the 1980's.
Mr. Braddy
spent the late 1970's in the United States Air Force, where he specialized
in top-secret cryptographic data and voice communications systems
at NORAD Cheyenne Mountain Complex in Colorado Springs. Mr. Braddy
graduated from US Air Force Cryptographic School with honors in
1977.
