Jeff Brody manages network engineering, communications and new technology initiatives at Barnes & Noble Inc. Mr. Brody’s teams work on developing network strategy and overseeing all implementations & administrative functions. Mr. Brody is also a member of the network security team, setting policy on wired and wireless networks, and is currently working on wireless initiatives for Barnes & Noble stores.
Previously Mr. Brody worked for MCI in various technical management positions leading engineering and implementation teams for some of the largest global accounts including Citibank, Chemical/Chase and American Express. He also managed large accounts, including General Electric and other retail/internet accounts. Previously Mr. Brody worked for General Electric in the Americom division.
Mr. Brody holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications & Computing Mgmt. from Polytechnic University, an undergraduate degree in management & communications from Adelphi University and degrees in Electronic & Computer Technology.
