Mr. Caple has over twenty five years of experience
in IT management, program development and standards and process
development for corporate IT departments and Professional Services
organizations. Sam has served as Director of IS and Chief Information
Officer of hospitals, University Medical Centers and Professional
Services firms. Sam has worked in the BC and DR space and custom
development and Data warehouse for telecommunications and finance
and banking, wireless and cable companies, manufacturing, ISP/ASPs.,
oil and gas, transportation, healthcare and managed care and software
development firms.
Sam has served as a Managing Consultant and Practice
Manager for SHL Systemhouse, where he developed practices for Business
Continuity, Disaster Recovery, purchase package implementation and
custom software development. Sam has served as Director of multiple
practices and VP of Operations at start-up boutique consulting firms
where he successfully grew staff and revenues over 120% year over
year.
Sam has served as Senior Manager for Global Professional Services
for EMC2 Corporation where he was instrumental in the development
of the business planning and services rollout to the field for EMC2’s
corporate plan to move from a hardware vendor to a software and
services company. Sam successfully built a staff of 125 consultants
and increased revenue of This includes EMC2‘s push into Business
Continuity and Disaster Recovery services.
Sam served as the Program Manager for Darwin’s EMC implementation
services in the Northeast and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
practice with direct expertise in both the business and technical
areas of recovery programs. This includes methodology development,
consulting staff development, direct customer interaction and customer
staff training.
Most recently Sam serves as the VP of Operations
and Delivery for IMT Partners where he has assisted in the steady
growth of revenues and the development and marketing of the eSCM
product
