Janine Crafa, Vice President, Senior Business Analyst, Worldwide Securities Services Technology JPMorgan Chase Janine Crafa joined JPMorgan Chase in 2004 as a Senior Business Analyst to deliver workflow enabled applications for the Worldwide Securities Services line of business. She is also the New York Technology onsite coordinator for JPMorgan’s academic intern program, and represents her team on several company wide initiatives. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Ms. Crafa spent five years at McCann-Erickson WorldGroup. Her most recent position was Vice President within the Business Information Solutions group, which created and maintained client portals across the agency’s multiple lines of business, and the corporate Intranet using Microsoft’s SharePoint Services. The group also developed custom applications for various departments including finance and new business.She has also worked at TIAA-CREF in their Internet Communications and Corporate Communications departments.
