Anthony A. Decerce, Director IT, Clifford Chance LLP
Tony DeCerce is responsible for managing the Information Technology needs for the Americas region of Clifford Chance. Clifford Chance is the world's largest law firm consisting of 29 offices world wide. Prior to this position he was Director of Knowledge Management for Pillsbury Winthrop LLPwas most recently employed as Director of Knowledge Management for Pillsbury Winthrop LLP, where he was responsible for development of systems and processes that leveraged the firm's intellectual capital, business development resources and expert systems. He was also responsible for the firm's Internet, intranet, and extranet strategies and development. Mr. DeCerce has also served as the Director of Technology for Winthrop Stimson and for the New York office of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. DeCerce is experienced in strategic planning, process re-engineering, application development, and technology support operations. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army for 8 years
