Paul M. de Graaff
Paul M. de Graaff was most recently Chief Information Security
Architect at Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation. Prior
to this he was the Corporate Information Security Officer (CISO)
responsible for DTCC Critical Infrastructure Protection Program
and Information Security Operations. Mr. de Graaff is an active
participant in security working groups and provides guidance on
security issues to industry consortiums. He actively participates
in security vendor’s customer advisory boards to drive business
requirements and needs. Specifically, Mr. de Graaff had the pleasure
of being able to provide “professional ethical hacking”
services to the International Financial Services Industry during
his 12-year tenure at IBM. Mr. de Graaff has authored many books
on IBM Security Technology. Mr. de Graaff was presented the chairman’s
Award at the Vanguard Security Expo in 2002 for his contribution
to the Security Profession. In his spare time Paul teaches “hacking
techniques” at a local community college.
