John DiNuzzo Manager, Crisis Management FleetBoston Financial In his role as Crisis Manager at FleetBoston Financial, John DiNuzzo oversees planning for and responses to incidents and events which could disrupt business operations to Fleet Bank or one of its affiliated companies. Prior to this position Mr. DiNuzzo worked at the New York State Emergency Management Office as Chief of Mitigation Programs where he was responsible for managing grants and emergency response to the World Trade Center attacks, the TWA Flight 800 explosion, and other disasters. His areas of expertise include management of crisis response and contingency planning. Mr. DiNuzzo has received awards from New York State Emergency Management Office, National Governors' Association, Citizens' Budget Commission, FEMA, and the National Hurricane Conference.
