Stephen Ferranti, Vice President, Telephony, Pershing LLC Stephen Ferranti is responsible for computer telephony application development for Pershing LLC, a financial services firm recently acquired by BNY Securities Group. Pershing LLC currently develops and host IVR applications for over 40 independent broker dealers. The IVR applications are fully speech enabled and offer full account access and trading functionality. The IVR customer base consists of approx. 1 million end users. They have also developed auto attendant applications, trading and order status applications and call monitoring applications, as well as CTI applications for Pershing's Customer Service Center that integrate soft phone technology, Automatic Call Distributor (ACD), Self-Service, and Screen Pops. Prior to Pershing LLC Mr. Ferranti worked at Merck - Medco Managed Care, LLC as a Sr. Application Architect; at Trecom Business Systems, Inc. as a Sr. Technical Specialist; and at InterAccess Corp. as a Sr. Consultant. Mr. Ferranti is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Novel Netware Engineer (CNE). He is also a charter member of Pershing's Innovation Committee. Contact Us Home
