Mitchell Hansen VP - Enterprise Systems Quest Diagnostics, Inc Mitch Hansen's current responsibilities at Quest Diagnostics include application development, implementation, and support in all non-clinical applications within the corporate environment, including the areas of ERP (PeopleSoft & associated platforms); web development; document management; customer systems; billing; sales support systems, and decision support products. Mr. Hansen has spent 15 years with Quest Diagnostics and precursor companies in the laboratory industry, where it has been his experience that from a systems perspective, the commercial clinical laboratory environment presents all the precision and quality demands of a hospital/clinical environment along with the volume and complexity of a major manufacturing environment He has also spent time as a hospital systems consultant and manager, primarily in the Boston area.
