Melanie Heintz, IT Director, Federal Reserve Bank of New York Melanie Heintz has over 11 years experience in the technology industry. She currently is an IT Director at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Ms. Heintz’ experience includes strategic planning and high-level management of IT projects for infrastructure services such as directory services, messaging services, and file and print services. Her expertise also includes remote access solutions and wireless technologies both from an infrastructure and device perspective. Ms. Heintz is very active in the technology community. She has served on various technical advisory boards and discussion panels and is co-chair of the NYSIA Storage Management Special Interest Group.
