Carol Hudson is the manager of Quality Assurance & Security and the Chief Information Security Officer at Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems. Her responsibilities include enterprise security, SDLC methodology, configuration management, computer systems validation, regulatory compliance (including SOX & HIPAA), audit and risk management. Ms. Hudson's dedicated security team has achieved a CMM level 3 as defined by the Software Engineering Institute (for information security CMM-SSE) of Carnegie-Mellon University.

Ms. Hudson has sixteen years of experience in the information technology sector and six years in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Ms. Hudson worked in the Global Risk Management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She also spent five years at United Parcel Service.

Ms. Hudson has a B.S. in Operations Management and a M.S. in Management Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She is a certified Computer Systems Validation Professional.
