Theodore R. Joseph, Chairman and CEO
Ted Joseph brings to OpenService over 25 years in the industry with extensive experience in management of start-up and fast-growth software and systems companies. He joins OpenService from Response Networks, where he was Chairman and CEO. Prior to Response Networks, he worked for NetManage, Inc, a leading developer of PC connectivity solutions. At NetManage, Joseph was worldwide vice president for the OEM business unit as part of that company's acquisition of Relay Technologies.

Before serving as CEO of Relay Technologies, Ted was CEO of Bridge Builder Technologies. At Phoenix Technologies (the world's leading vendor of IBM PC compatibility system software), Ted served as president and chief operating officer from 1986 to 1987, and as acting president and CEO from 1989 to 1990. Prior to Phoenix Technologies, Ted was a senior executive at Honeywell Corporation, having spent nearly 20 years in sales, marketing, and general management positions
