Joanne Klein has been working at Barclays Capital for over 22 years , with over 19 years in various management roles in IT , and the last 3 in business continuity management. For 2 years she has been the Regional Head of Business Continuity Management for the Americas region , which includes business continuity and crisis management planning for the offices in NY/NJ, Miami, Sao Paulo, and Mexico City. She graduated with a BA in Computer Science from Queens College in January 1973.
