Konstantinos Klissouras is a Senior Vice President and Director of Global Network Engineering & Architecture for the Marsh & Mclennan Group of companies. He joined Marsh in 2003 to lead the global network consolidation effort across various MMC operating companies as a senior manager with the newly formed Global Network Services Organization. In his current position Mr. Klissouras is responsible for setting strategic direction and managing a global engineering team responsible for the architecture of network, security, mobility and application performance services across all regions and operating companies of MMC. Before joining Marsh & McLennan, Mr. Klissouras was Managing Director for a professional services startup and senior product manager for a networking equipment manufacturer. Konstantinos has spend over 20 years in IT infrastructure management where he has held a number of management and leadership positions for Morgan Stanley, CS First Boston, Citibank and Goldman Sachs responsible for the development of strategy and technology direction across a number of areas of IT. He has played key roles in the architecture and design of global voice and data network consolidations, security and risk mitigation initiatives, e-commerce and online trading technologies, IT service creation and implementation and evaluation of start-up companies for the investment banking community. Konstantinos received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, NY and has earned credits towards a Masters in Business Administration for Pace University in NY.
