Evan
LaHuta is a Director for Pershing LLC’s Quality Management
Office, where he is responsible for Service Level Management, Voice
of the Customer, and Service Excellence. Mr. LaHuta began his Pershing
career in 2000 in the Process Reengineering Group. He has managed
a diverse range of firm-wide initiatives, such as the integration
of The Bank of New York and Pershing, the initiation of the Pershing
Advisor Solutions Project Management Office, and the reengineering
and rollout of Account Services. Mr. LaHuta also led several fixed
income initiatives, serving as the co-Chair of the Fixed Income
Task Force and hosting the first Fixed Income Roundtable. In 2006,
he joined the Quality Management Office, where he launched the Quality
Scorecard and is now leading Pershing’s efforts in continuously
improving the quality of customer interactions. Prior to joining
Pershing, Mr. LaHuta worked at Prudential Financial and Rutgers
University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications
from Rutgers College and a Master of Business Administration degree
in Organization Management from the Graduate School of Management
at Rutgers University.
