Robin Moses, Director, Contact Center Support, Enterprise Networks, Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
Robin Moses serves as the MITS point of contact for the Joint Operations Center for the IRS, and all Business Operating Divisions using contact center technology. She works hand-in-hand with MITS' business partners and supports the hardware, software, and communications infrastructure of the contact center environment, enabling the business operating divisions to meet the IRS' desired customer service levels.

Prior to this assignment, Ms. Moses served as the Acting Director, Information Technology Infrastructure in Enterprise Operations, where she was responsible for the IRS' infrastructure in the Enterprise Computing Centers. Before this appointment, Ms. Moses was the Director, Business Systems Planning Office for Appeals, providing leadership and program direction for the development of information technology projects in fulfillment of Appeals' strategic initiatives.

Ms. Moses first joined the IRS in the Information Systems area, but left for three years to work for the Department of Energy, conducting Health and Safety Inspections of Nuclear and Non-nuclear Facilities. Upon her return, she became a Systems Software Tester for the Product Assurance Division in Alexandria, Virginia. Ms. Moses was one of the principals in standing up the Integration, Test, and Control Center in New Carrollton, Maryland - the Service's first independent test facility. As the Chief, Systems Integration Branch, she directed the testing of mission critical tax processing systems prior to their production implementation during the Final Integration Test. After working with the Modernization Office to stand up their test environment, Ms. Moses joined the Appeals Senior Management Team to increase her understanding of IRS business initiatives.

Ms. Moses is a 2004 Executive Readiness Program Graduate and a 2006 Executive Development Program Graduate.

Ms. Moses earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Shepherd University. She also received a Masters degree in Information Technology Project Management from George Washington University.

Ms. Moses lives in Georgia with her husband and their dog, Gracie.
