Steve Nail, Director of Telecommunications, Cox Enterprises, Inc. Steven Nail, as Director of Telecommunications for Cox Enterprises, is responsible for the telecommunications needs and requirements of Cox's headquarter location and affiliated buildings located in Atlanta, Georgia. This includes the management of a Nortel 81C platform as well as a Cisco Call Manager utilizing VoIP technology. The telecommunications department also provides consultative support on communication needs for Cox Enterprise’s other divisions, including, Cox Radio, Cox Television, Cox Newspapers, Cox Communications, AutoTrader.com and Manheim Auctions. These services include telecom bill auditing, conferencing, project managing complex installations and wireless needs. Mr. Nail brings more than 24 years of experience in telecommunications to Cox Enterprises. Prior to joining Cox Enterprises, he provided telecommunications related leadership at various companies, including Qwest Communications, AT&T, BellSouth and Rolm.
