Scott Palmquist, Senior Vice President of Product Management
Scott Palmquist has extensive experience in developing and implementing product strategies for large-scale mission-critical network systems. Before joining CipherOptics, Mr. Palmquist was Senior Manager of Product Marketing for the Mobile Wireless Group in Cisco Systems, Inc. where he directed the product management team responsible for all outbound marketing initiatives and market education for Cisco’s Mobile Wireless Group. Earlier at Cisco, Mr. Palmquist led marketing efforts on the ESCON interface adapter for the Cisco 7000 and 7500 series routers. Before joining Cisco, Mr. Palmquist held key product marketing management positions at several information technology industry companies, including McDATA Corporation, Spectragraphics Corporation, Netlink, and NCR Corporation.
