Person, Director of Information Technology, Constitution State Corporate
Credit Union
Melissa Person joined Constitution in May 2004 as the Director of
Information Technology. Ms. Person reports to Constitution’s
Executive Vice President. She is responsible for directing the functions
of the IT Department such as system and application continuous availability,
system and application enhancements, project management, budgeting,
performance monitoring, reporting, planning, priority setting and
staff management. Additional responsibilities include developing
and maintaining effective and productive working relationships with
internal and external users, senior managers, Board of Directors,
members and vendors. Ms. Person is also responsible for leading
and managing the activities of the Information Security department.
Ms. Person is a member of the Project Management Institute, Information
Technology Council for the Connecticut Credit Union Association,
Pathways Technical Magnet High School Industry Advisory Board, and
Technology Managers Forum. Ms. Person is an Information Technology
mentor and speaker at Pathways Technical Magnet High School and
is a panel speaker for the Technology Managers Forum. She is a graduate
of the Chubb Institute of Technology with a Bachelors of Science
in Management Information Systemsand of Villanova University's Masters
of Science program.
