Richard
Puckett, Manager Global Information Security, Cisco Systems
Richard Puckett is a Member of Technical Staff (MTS) and holds the
position of Infrastructure Security Architect within Cisco's Corporate
Security Program Office (CSPO), where he is responsible for delivering
Enterprise-level business and security solutions within the company.
Richard came to Cisco's security team from the Enterprise Management
(EMAN) group, where he lead or participated in numerous critical
infrastructure deployments, to include design work in Cisco's global
AAA, Unified Messaging & Enterprise Directory Service frameworks.
He is the author of "Automated Deployment and Customization"
by MacMillian Technical and co-author of ""Managing Enterprise
Active Directory Services" by Addison-Wesley. Mr. Puckett is
currently working on several new initiatives within the company,
to include the refinement of CSPO's Risk & Strategic Planning
methodology and the development of a new Infrastructure Service
Management Framework model for Cisco.
