Sara Ricci is a Vice President in Global Wealth Management at Citigroup, engaged in Operational Risk Management, oversight of Continuity of Buiness, business Inormation Security, New Product approval , Pricing control , Fraud management and other Operations control functions. Until 2006, she was a Vice President in the Corporate Information Security and Business Continuity division at Bank of America operating on behalf of the corporation to ensure that planned and unplanned events having the potential to impact business, associates and customers were accommodated with appropriate intervening strategies and tactics for risk mitigation. Ms. Ricci has over 15 years experience in several industries with a focus on the financial sector. After graduation in Economics, she has been involved in various technologies, her areas of expertise including networking, database management, enterprise resource planning, and storage area networking. Ms. Ricci played a leadership role in managing multiple projects utilizing business and technical skills to provide business continuity and risk management solutions at UBS prior to joining Bank of America in 2003.
