Gilles-Kuessan Satchivi is responsible for FreshDirect’s enterprise information security, regulatory compliance, and IT risk management as it relates to overall operational risks. His role includes the definition, and enforcement of company security policies and procedures. His office oversees the secure engineering and deployment of network, systems, and application infrastructure. As the coordinator of IT risk management, he collaborates with technology and business groups on disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
