Since 2005 Rick Sperry has been a Senior Solutions Architect with TiVerity Consulting Inc responsible for creating high performing contact center applications. Rick works with clients to identify and execute against opportunities to improve contact center performance and customer service.

Prior to joining TiVerity Consulting Inc Rick was a Senior Consultant with another consulting firm focusing on telecommunications industry clients. Before entering the world of consulting Rick worked in several technical and operational contact center roles for a large financial institution and a large contact center service provider . Rick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University
