Lee Ann Summers VP, Regional Head of Techology Risk Management ABN AMRO Lee Ann Summers manages a team at ABN AMRO that plans and delivers information security and business continuity/disaster recovery programs on a regional basis to the Americas region. Issues addressed by her team include threat/vulnerability management; information security policies, standards, and implementation; change management (security aspects); information security awareness; security strategy and infrastructure; and project risk management. In addition, Basel II (Operational Risk Management) implementation is currently in process. Prior to ABN AMRO, Ms. Summers was Regional Head of IT Audit at ING Barings; prior to this she was at Arthur Andersen LLC as Senior Manager of Tech Security. Ms. Summers has co-authored a white paper published by the NACHA on electronic banking risks and is a contributer to the Securities Industry Association (SIA) newsletter. She spoke in 2002 at the Financial Markets Association conference on "9/11, Lessons Learned" and on "Current Topics and Threats in Information Security." she received her B.S. from Skidmore College.
