Vayner, Vice President, JPMorgan Chase
Leonid Vayner,
CISSP, works in IT Risk Management at JPMorgan Chase and leads an
initiative to develop key management solution for the encryption
keys protecting firm’s assets (tape backup, removable media,
secure file transfer, etc). Previously, he was responsible for the
firm’s PKI supporting $1.2 trillion in daily transactions,
thousands of SSL/OFX certificates, cryptographic libraries, hardware
security modules, and the assessment of the multi-factor solution
as part of the firm’s compliance with the FFIEC Authentication
Guidance. Prior to joining IT Risk Management, Mr.Vayner held several
leadership roles in developing the firm’s enterprise employee
portal, external SSO, and Chase.com infrastructure. Mr.Vayner holds
2 patents, advises several hi-tech companies, and is a frequent
judge at the local university’s computer security competitions.
Mr. Vayner holds an MBA from Pace University and a BS from Polytechnic
University.
