Tom Watson has extensive experience in secure implementation and management of large and small multi-platform, multi-protocol environments, where he provides expertise in design development and implementation of secure network infrastructure solutions, including system integration and network monitoring. Mr. Watson is currently with Bayer Corporate and Business Services as a Senior Security Architec where he designs, implements, and maintains the overall security policies and infrastructure. Prior to Bayer he worked for USCO Logistics as Director of Information Security responsible for their overall information security infrastructure. Previous jobs include ESPN as Sr. Unix/Security administrator, Oxford Health Plans as the Manager of Corporate/Network Security and the NASDAQ Stock Market as a Systems Administrator/Operations Specialist. His MBA work was done at Sacred Heart University, and his BS in Management and AS in both Business Administration and Aviation Technology were obtained from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Mr. Watson has been a member of Technology Managers Forum since 1997. He recently obtained his CISM (Certified Information Security Manager from ISACA) and his CISSP ( Certified Information Systems Security Professional from ISC2).
