Daniel
Zeevi, Technical Specialist, major New York City utility company
Daniel Zeevi is responsible for researching, planning, testing,
deployment and third-level support of Virtual Private Networks,
wireless LANs, wireless WAN connectivity, handheld devices, wireless
communication devices (BlackBerry's, Treo's, Windows Mobile), mobile
email solutions and non-standard computing platforms (Windows XP
Tablet notebooks, Ruggedized laptops, etc.) at major New York City
utility company. He is also responsible for network and application
security.
Mr. Zeevi has worked in IT since 1981 in the retail, banking, finance,
insurance and utility industries. Mr. Zeevi started at his current
company in 1989, programming mainframe systems. He worked as the
manager of information systems for one of the business units from
1991 to 1997, and was a major contributor to the New Technologies
group of IT from 1998 to 2000. He received his BS in Management
Information Systems from Kennedy-Western University.
