Practice Awards Dinner Wednesday, October 17th, 2007
Congratulations!
If you are a winner of a Best Practice Award, you are invited
to send one representative from your company to our annual dinner
the night before our conference (when the actual awards are
given out). Here are the details including how to register.
BPA judges are also invited to attend. This
dinner is held the night before our Security
Forum 2007 conference, and we will NOT be giving out the
awards on Wednesday night. However, it is a festive and informal
way for judges to get together with honorees. It is not fancy--just
fun! So please let me know if you can attend; RSVP to 212-787-1122.
And...much as we hate to say it, one rep only please from each
firm, as it is a private room, and space is quite limited. |

LOCATION
AND TIME
The Oct.
17th Best Practice Awards dinner
begins at 6PM, and should be over by 8PM. The location
for the
dinner is SAMBUCA's restaurant at 30 West 72nd Street,
between Central Park West and Columbus Avenue, on the
upper west side of Manhattan.
This is reachable by the 1,2 and 3 subway (get off at
72nd Street and walk east two blocks). Or you may also
take the M104 or M4 buses, or the M7 or M11, and get off
at the 72nd Street stop.
Or you can take the A or C train to 72nd Street and walk
west less than half a block.

FORMAT
The dinner
is really a get-together for our winners and judges and
friends, and no one will have to make any speeches, nor
will any awards be given out at the time.
It is just our way of saying "thank-you" to
everyone who helped make the 2007 awards such a success.
it's also a chance for the winners and judges to finally
meet after getting to know each other only on paper!

DRESS
CODE
This is not a "dressy place" - we suggest business
casual dress or casual.

FOOD
There will be plenty of choices for both vegetarians and
meat eaters. And some excellent desserts!
Red
and white wine, beer, and soft drinks will be offered.
