
Priscilla Tate is the founder, president, and executive director of Technology Managers Forum (TechForum). Ms. Tate was a technology manager at Citibank, EF Hutton and Manufacturers Hanover prior to founding Technology Managers Forum in 1994. As of 2009, Technoloigy Managers Forum has a membership base of over 750 IT managers in the New York area who work for some of the largest enterprise organizations in the world.
Each year Ms. Tate produces four enterprise IT focused events for mid-to-large enterprise IT managers. Ms. Tate also founded TechForum's Best Practice Awards program in 1996. In 2008 Ms. Tate launched her own blog, TechForumTrends.com. Ms. Tate is also the host and program director of TechForum LIVE!, a webcast available as a podcast on iTunes.
Ms. Tate is a sought-after industry analyst and has been quoted in numerous publications including the New York Times and Computerworld. In addition to moderating TechForum events, Ms. Tate has moderated panels at other industry events, including the Computerworld Premier 100 and the RSA Conference in San Francisco.
Ms. Tate graduated from Duke University with a BA in History and an MA in Art History. She also studied at the Freie Universitat in Berlin with a scholarship administered by the Fulbright commission. She was a Columbia Fellow and did graduate work at Columbia University.

Victoria Adams has been with Technology Managers Forum since its inception in 1994. She is responsible for membership development, marketing strategy, website content, and all aspects of TechForum events production.
Prior to Technology Managers Forum, Ms. Adams worked in the restaurant and executive dining industry in various management positions. She is a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater and is a published photographer. Ms. Adams graduated summa cum laude with a BA in English from Fordham University in 2000.
