ENTERPRISE FORUM 2004
The Expanding Enterprise: IT Nimble, IT Quick
The 11th annual enterprise technology conference
for Fortune 1000 IT managers

Thursday, October 14th, 2004—8:00AM-3:45PM
11 Fulton Street, Bridgewaters conference center, New York City

Overview and Mission

Technology managers face enormous difficulties in trying to implement increasingly complex networks. How these obstacles are addressed can make--or break--an organization. The challenges of securing both wired and wireless networks; compliance and audit issues; business continuity and disaster recovery; outsourcing challenges; and responsive web services are only the few of the issues facing organizations that are rapidly decentralizing, or even outsourcing, IT operations.
In order to remain successful and retain a competitive edge, large firms must have agile technology strategies alert to the latest innovations and management tools. Enterprise Forum 2004 is a must-attend event for the Fortune 1000 corporate IT manager seeking to negotiate these issues within a large organization, and effectively implement cutting-edge technologies.

REAL-WORLD CASE STUDIES
Speakers on all panels include IT managers from Fortune 1000 companies who will discuss their own experiences in developing competitive and secure infrastructures. We'll explore how business managers, data architects, developers, infrastructure managers and data center groups are collaborating to create effective IT solutions for their firms. These IT managers will talk about both the problems they've encountered, and the solutions they've applied, as well as their vision for the future.
No analysts, consultants, or academics are allowed to speak at our events; you will hear only real-world examples and case studies from your peers who have actually implemented the technology they are speaking about. And no press is allowed, so the discussion is honest and revealing. Our mission is to bring together colleagues who are facing similar challenges so they can explore together effective solutions based on real-world implementations.
Vendor presentations are vetted beforehand to make sure they are applicable to our audience and provide useful material for IT managers, not hype. There are no product demonstrations.
ATTENDANCE BY INVITATION ONLY
What sets Technology Managers Forum events apart? First and foremost, it is our content. We are a professional association for IT managers at mid-to-large firms. Our agendas are developed with the help of our members and aim to address specifically the concerns of the corporate IT manager.
Secondly, all of our events are by-invitation-only. Our events are open only to members or invited guests, whho must be currently employed IT managers at mid-to-large firms.
