All sponsors of Technology Managers Forum events will receive the contact information of the registrants for the event they sponsored, by email, after the event and once their invoice has been paid.
Technology Managers Forum maintains its reputation for quality events by respecting attendees' request for privacy, while also acknowledging our sponsors' need for effective follow up.
We ask that all vendors who wish to receive the registrant list agree to the following policy regarding release of the registrants' contact information. Once we receive your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agree to abide by our policy rules, we will email you the registrant contact list.
Once we receive the form below, we will email you or your designated company representative the registrant list for the event you sponsored. Generally name, company, title, phone and email are included. However, when we receive a specific request from a registrant to be excluded from the list, we honor that. But generally most registrant information is included on the contact list.

1: By checking this form you agree to not share this information with anyone outside of your company now or in the future.
2: By checking this form you agree that the registrant list for the applicable event will not be sold or given to a third party, including outside marketing companies (e.g. telemarketers).
3: You also agree by checking this form that Technology Managers Forum's name will not be used in your correspondence except in reference to the applicable event. The Technology Managers Forum name will not be used to imply sponsorship of, partnership with, or endorsement of your events or products.
4: By checking this form you agree to enforce the Privacy Policy with your other company employees who may have access to this list.
5: You agree that any communication with any registrant will include an easy and accurate method for being removed from your mailing list.
