All sponsors of Technology Managers Forum events will receive the email contact information of the registrants for the event they sponsored, by email, after the event and once their invoice has been paid.
Technology Managers Forum maintains its reputation for quality events by respecting attendees' request for privacy, while also acknowledging our sponsors' need for effective follow up.
We ask that all vendors who wish to receive the registrant list agree to the following policy regarding release of the registrants' contact information. Once we receive your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agree to abide by our policy rules, we will email you the registrant contact list with email addresses (minus those who Opt Out).
Once we receive the form below, we will email you or your designated company representative the registrant list for the event you sponsored. Generally name, company, title, mailing address (when available) and email address are included. However, when we receive a specific request from a registrant to be excluded from the list, we honor that, and list them as an attendee without contact information. But generally most registrants are included on the contact list.

You agree that any communication with any registrant will include an easy and accurate method for being removed from your mailing list, and understand that the registrant list for the event will exclude opt-out registrants who wish to not be contacted.
